We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will usually receive your order in 7- 20 business days from the date that it is shipped.

We work with manufacturers around the world. This is the reason for bit long delivery times subject to availability in local warehouse. Keep in mind that this is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products. 

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorised and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

Once the order is placed, we gather the products and package them. The average processing time is 1-5 days, but it varies by product and the stock status. For some products or for larger-quantity orders, the processing time may be up to 7 business days. Once processed, the order is handed over for delivery. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

We offer FREE shipping on most orders. You will be able to check shipping cost during checkout.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes such as holidays, bad weather and unforeseen circumstances.

* Please email us within 5 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 48 business hours.

Missing Package?

Please allow upto 5 weeks time frame for the package to arrive. If you didn't receive the package after 5 weeks period, please reach out to our support team.

Why are my package separated?

All items are shipped as quickly as possible. Depending on the nearest warehouse availability, faster shipping options and transit safety you might receive the your order as multiple packages.
